My Experience

This was my very first experience with Caliber and working with Gregg. I have never thought how professionally they served my and took care of my vehicle. There is no doubt on my mind to recommend you and your service to my network of families and friends Congratulations, excellent job.

My Experience

I was not satisfied with the repair. The vehicle came back with multiple unresolved issues, several of them functional and safety-related: 1. Front radar / driver-assistance system is not working. I was not informed of this until after I had already left, and was then told it was because the car is lowered. If ride height prevented calibration, that should have been disclosed at handoff, not after. 2. A parking sensor in the repaired/impacted area constantly false-triggers. I was told this was “because of the radar,” but only the sensor in the impacted area is affected while the rest of the array works normally — which is not consistent with a radar fault. 3. Comfort access (keyless entry) stopped working after the repair. 4. Wind noise on the driver’s side that was not present before. 5. Noise when turning the steering wheel. 6. Wheel alignment was off when the vehicle was returned. 7. The headlight was removed and reinstalled during the repair and came back with a fresh nick on top and no longer aligned with the bumper — both the damage and the misalignment occurred while the vehicle was in your care.

The repair was done in a reasonable time frame and had great communication. They made my car good as new. They even collaborated with the car rental place I was using to make it easier for me. 10/10 would recommend.
