I had a great experience with the services and I especially want to recognize Roger for his excellent customer service. My experience started with a simple phone call because I needed to understand what I needed to do. Roger took the time to answer all my questions and explain the process clearly. I then scheduled the appointment through my insurance, and from there, Roger kept me informed every step of the way.

I had a wonderful experience with Caliber Collision in Winter Garden! The service was excellent, and the customer service was even better. A special thank you to the person who handled my car—he was very professional, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. Although there was a slight delay due to the holiday, they made sure my car was ready before the weekend and even stayed after business hours so I could pick it up. I really appreciated that extra effort! Great service, great communication, and a team that truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend!
