I gave a 5 because the entire process has been a frustrating one from the start. I do not believe the technician was transparent about the amount of time it would take to complete the repair. I was initially led to believe that the timeframe I received was generated by the automated system. Also, the repair was not completed as expected. An off market bumper was used without notifying me, which is a requirement in the state of Florida. The bumper does not sit properly. I don’t have confidence in that the repair was done properly.
