My Buick Envista looks amazing after a fender bender . Caliber replaced the lift gate and the pant job is perfect! This was my first experience with an accident and it was seemlesss. From the moment the insurance company set me up until completion, every person from the receptionist to Mike my rep and were so nice and explained the process perfectly! Great experience!

Caliber Collision goes above and beyond for their clients. Not only do they provide excellent, quality repairs, but their customer relations is unmatched. My car was involved in a collision (it was unattended), in a parking lot of a local grocery store. The driver who hit my car had Geico insurance and as such, I filed a claim with Geico. My car was towed to another local shop, where it sat for nearly a month, while they went back and forth with Geico, myself, the shop, and eventually my personal insurance, over the cost of their “labor” and “paint,” compared to market price. When I wouldn’t agree to pay out of pocket for the shop’s “client responsibility,” they insisted that my car be removed from their property immediately. THANKFULLY, I contacted Caliber Collision. Not only did they work with Geico to get my car out of the current shop and into theirs, but they quickly repaired my vehicle, assisted with the extension of my rental car coverage, and worked with the insurance company to ensure that everything was covered and I didn’t have to use my own insurance or pay out of pocket. Additionally, they had (almost) daily communication about the progress of my vehicle, insurance information, etc. They completed my vehicle in a week, where it sat at another shop for a month. Every member of the staff were accommodating, professional, educated on the repairs and insurance obligations, and provided a level of service that is hard to come by in any industry. A huge shout out to Tim at the Clermont location for going above and beyond in every way!
