Tim was a top notch advisor. He got my car repaired in a timely manner. He was kind and went above and beyond in cleaning my car side view mirrors. He also called Enterprise to make sure they noted my rental return! I appreciated the clean waiting area, although I didn't spend much time there thanks to great service and the awesome collaboration with Enterprise! All in all it was a very positive experience.

They were very professional and Mary that is in the front desk is just wonderful. If I (Mrs. Pittman) were to call her about anything she knew the answer. When I picked up my car Jason explained everything to me (Mrs Pittman) and showed me everything that was done and told me thing’s to do and not to do. So all in all everything went very smoothly and professionally. Thank you for taking such good care of my car and doing a wonderful job. Thank You Mrs Pittman

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision in Cleremont. I was sent there by the insurance company. Their service was superior from having the rental car lined up to polishing the last specks of dust from the new paint. I could not have asked for better service. Tim was always kind and accommodating at each conversation.He went above and beyond to help me with my vacation dates and his ability to have my car ready. I will most definitely go to them again if I have car body issues and you should too!
