Considering you damaged the inside of my car in MULTIPLE areas when you were only supposed to be inside of it to clean it and drive it, you caused more grief than relief.

Customer service at this location is non existent. Blaming the customer is outrageous and should never happen, yet it happened to myself and I witnessed it happening to another individual in the lobby while I was there. Being downright rude is unnecessary, especially when you were only chosen because you are listed as a preferred place by the insurance company. Hopefully you won't be listed as one much longer as more people should be aware of your practices. I wish I could have given this a 0. You really need to send Scott to customer service training or fire him. I never feel like way towards people but the way he spoke to myself and another customer that I do not personally know, was outrageous.

The communicate could of been better. Especially when the car was done. I was the primary contact and heard nothing about it being done until I heard something from rent car company to return the car that day. Beside that they did a good job on the car.
