Calibur did a great job on repairing my car and got it done in a very tmely manner, minimizing the time I was without it. When I picked it up it looked like it did when we drove it off the car lot! Dulce, our service advisor, was wonderful and guided us through the procedure; keeping us updated on the car's progress. O would definitely use this company again.

The actual repair work was very good. Just end impression ruined the entire experience. The cleaning should have been the easiest but since not done did not leave me happy.

You couldn't tell where the damage had been made! Very nice job with new parts and paint. The actual repair work I was very satisfied with. The clean up job was a 1. The car was only washed and cleaned where the repair work was made. When the car was dropped off they made marks all over the car to show those were there. It would have been nice if all of these marks where removed before returning the car. ESP if you tell me I should not wash the car for 30 days due to the new paint job. There was also a layer of dust inside the car. Could have been properly cleaned up. It has been a week now and I have not been able to fully get the smell of automotive paint out of the inside of my car. Granted at this point it is not nearly as strong but I recommend looking into some sort of odor remover to atleast dull it down as much as possible before returning the car. Not sure also why the electronics of the car were all reset when the damage was done at the back of the car. Very poor job on returning the car in a clean condition. There was a paper floor mat on the driver side however it was placed after the feet marks had already been made.

Customer service in shop was very good and pleasant. Only negative is completely not happy with how the car was returned. There should have been no sign that anyone worked on it.

The repair work was done seamless,incredible well done,the car looks better that before the accident.It was returned clean inside and out. The time frame was better that anticipated. The employees were friendly, professional and very helpful.They made it worry free after a very difficult time. Thank you to all of you.
