I was pleased with the repairs. A bit disappointed in the amount of time it took as I was told that I would have it back by Tuesday and by late afternoon,after I called to find out about pick up, it was pushed to Wednesday.Then I came to pick the vehicle up and Dulce had taken it to be rinsed off again instead of it being ready when I arrived and she had called me at 10:15 AM to say it would be ready 90 minutes later but then I wasn't able to arrive until 1:15 PM. So 90 minutes past the time and I had to wait another 25 minutes on her to bring the van to me. I appreciate the efforts to have it clean but I would have been fine to also wait until it had "cured" and not washed or rinsed it for a month and be done with the pick up in a more timely manner.

My only concern was that the new rear bumper had a pucker on the side of the car the did not have original damage. Dulce had Carlos look at it. He thought that It may have been bent slightly during shipping and that it would settle & smooth out within a week. If not, Dulce advised that they would order a new one and I can bring it back in for replacement at no cost. Even a car rental if needed. Everyone was very helpful and nice! Thank you for a great experience with Caliber Collision and Team!!!

3 times to fix my car and they damage the roof of my car will never take any of my cars there for repair worst experience ever with s body shop

The job was poorly done. There is a big space between my front bumper and both headlights. It was pointed out when I went to pick my care up and was told it will straighthen out. Space still remains there. My windshield has sprays on it that was never cleaned off from what was used in the process of fixing my car and solution used while fixing my car was spilled on my car seat and gear stick console . Was never wiped off. Does not know if these will come off. Called the shop in Clermont to talk to Terry about problems and was told he will call me back. Never got a call from him. Will never use Caliber Collision again.

Tara and the staff were very profession and completed the job ahead of schedule. This was my second repair in one year and if we ever needed repairs would come back. Hope we don't need too. Barry & Linda Horowtz
