The work that was done on our wasn't the issue. The Manager, at the Clermont location, had this " it's your problem not mine" attitude towards my husband. In front of our kids he was rude, and disrespectful towards us. He needed to pay our deductible and we were short by $400 so my husband asked if he could bill us for the remainder, he said no and ask one of the ladies to call enterprise to come get us just like that. My husband and I did not pick Caliber Collision, our insurance company did and we will never reference your conpany to anyone.

The workmanship of the job itself is fine. My issue is with the cleanliness of my vehicle at pick up. There was this fine white dust through out the interior of my vehicle that I had to spend some time cleaning out.

Did not appreciate our car being held for ransom until insurance showed you a check. Also we cleaned a lot of white dust off of the back seats and trunk area.
