The storage cover in the rear of the vehicle is still very hard to pull up. It was easy to open before the accident.

The representative that we dealt with was unorganized and did not communicate very well. My wife requested the communications go through her for this matter and everything was sent to husband. There was also a gallon bottle of liquid wax with a hole in the top left in the trunk. Fortunately, it did not spill over in the trunk.
