Car was not ready when I arrived. They were still working on it even thought they called me the day before and told me it was ready. When the car came out it had a couple of bubbles in the paint and a slight ding in the lower fender that was just repaired. Then they asked if I had ten more minutes so they could fix it. I told them I have already been here an hour and a half and I can't wait any longer. The manager was more than polite and told me to bring it back if I have thirty minutes so they can fix it then before the conversation was over he said it would take an hour or so. So, it went from ten minutes to an hour or so.
