They were very professional and Mary that is in the front desk is just wonderful. If I (Mrs. Pittman) were to call her about anything she knew the answer. When I picked up my car Jason explained everything to me (Mrs Pittman) and showed me everything that was done and told me thing’s to do and not to do. So all in all everything went very smoothly and professionally. Thank you for taking such good care of my car and doing a wonderful job. Thank You Mrs Pittman

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision in Cleremont. I was sent there by the insurance company. Their service was superior from having the rental car lined up to polishing the last specks of dust from the new paint. I could not have asked for better service. Tim was always kind and accommodating at each conversation.He went above and beyond to help me with my vacation dates and his ability to have my car ready. I will most definitely go to them again if I have car body issues and you should too!

The staff greeted me when I came in, explained that Justin would take a look at my car with me and explain the process. I was updated regularly and the car looks beautiful. Thank you to all who worked on my explorer, filed the claim for me and saw the whole process through till it was finished!

The corner bumper peice was not OEM and literally was coming apart when I went to pick the truck up. Disappointed that I now have to take more time off from work to bring it in, and have to figure out another vehicle due to this sub par repair
