I have been to this location several times and they always deliver impeccable service. Tye was professional and friendly. I was kept informed everyday of the progress of the repair. Everyone I encountered from the front desk staff to the person assigned to my vehicle (Tye) was amazing. That’s why I come to this location every time.

It took 2 months to service my vehicle. Ordered hood for car at least 4 times. Damaged each time. However they still used the same company repeatedly, go figure. Will not select this place again. 2 months is ridiculous. Always had an excuse whenever I called for an update. Not pleased at all. Will NOT recommend.

Kevin made the repair process very easy. When we dropped the car off he explained the process and time it would take to finish. Not only did he keep us informed he was spot on for the time it would take! He kept us informed of the status throughout the process. It’s rare these days to have someone PERSONALLY keep you informed on the status of a repair job. Kevin provided EXCELLENT and EXEMPLARY Customer Service!
