To my satisfaction from Caliber Collision on Old Alexandria Ferry RD. So appreciative of the professionalism involving my vehicle repair claim from the start through the finish! I would like to note that the Service Advisor Charles Brunson was really good with explaining what services would be done to my vehicle. I received timely updates of when my vehicle would be ready for pickup. His professional manner in showing me the repairs Caliber did assured me that care was taken with my car. He took time to show me the work and explain all that was done. I want to thank Charles for his part in making this a good experience for me. Also, the car wash was a nice touch.
