Working with folks at Caliber Collision was indeed a pleasure! John Tittel, the Service Advisor, was extremely cordial and helpful the day we arrived with the car. He made me feel very comfortable with the process and keeping me updated each day our car was there. The women at the desk were also very cordial and helpful. Our car looked like a brand new car when I picked it up. At this point I could not be more pleased with the service we received and the folks at Caliber Collision. Thank you all so very much!

Work done quickly and great at communicating. Had a small paint chip when they reinstalled window- I wouldn't have even noticed if they didn't show me. They took it back in and fixed it right away.

My shock was blown out in the accident never was fixed. My jeep has an awful vibration now. They wrote on my doors with pink something and it’s still there. New tie rod? Is chewed up like they didn’t use the right tool/wrench?

Caliber collision was very professional, they kept me in the loop on when my repair would be complete and they finished ahead of time. They walked out to my car with me and pointed out everything that was done. I was very pleased with the results. I hope I will not have to use them again, but if I do need repair I will definitely bring my car to them for Service
