First off your vehicle when it leaves should look like what it came in looking like minus tthe damages. Right..... ok well My whole truck was supposed to be refurbished. They took all my emblems and badges off then NEVER put them back on. THEY ARE ALL MISSING.. THEN I was charged for them doing work on my roof and painting it.. NOPE THEY NEVER EVEN TOUCHED IT AT ALL . Charged my insurance company for parts then NEVER PUT THEM ON THE TRUCK OR GAVE IT TO ME. im guessing they're needed for another truck not mine. I have paint drips all over the vehicle as well as orange peel that covers the whole body. Apparently he thought he could slide all this past me like he has done before I'm guessing may times too. Well . SEEMS to me that he has forgotten EXACTLY WHAT ALL HE TAUGHT ME.. I once worked in this same building BUT different name as well as standards. BROKE MY HEART TO HAVE TO SEE MY EX COWORKERS LOWER THEIR SKILLS. Took off my chrome body trim kit. Then they NEVER put it back on. HOW could they have thought even a little that I would not notice. Let me fill in the blanks for ya my PROFESSION WAS DETAILING.. Those who work on my truck were also the ones who taught me how to identify AND FIX everything I was seeing.. it sadness me deeply that I once new the honestly & perfection that once set the industry standards. IM now DISGUSTED WITH WHAT I SAW AND HOW I WAS TREATED AS A CUSTOMER.. .

I think they should have been more proactive about letting me know when my car would be ready. I dropped it off on a Thurs and heard nothing until I called Monday, with the car not being ready until Wednesday. Otherwise the work was good and the car was clean. Please DO NOT contact me further.
