Thank you to Calliber Collision for taking care of our vehicle. We received updates of the repair progress of our vehicle which was very important to me. Not all repair shops update repair progress to their clients so this was a plus.

Amanda did a great job with keeping me updated on the progress of my repairs and explaining the problem with the delay on the door, and what options there were. I am also very happy that I got my car back 2 days sooner than the original date I was given! The door looks perfect!

Although I hope to not need collision repair again, I would absolutely return to Caliber Collision in Colmar. I picked up my vehicle this evening, but from what I can tell so far it looks and feels as good as new. What was most impressive about my experience with Caliber was the constant communication. Harley was so friendly and kept us up to date as much as possible. We never felt in the dark about what was happening and the timeline for our vehicle repair was clear. We were lucky that all parts were readily available, but in addition, the work was completed ahead of schedule and we could not be more grateful. I believe Ashley helped me when I came to pick up my vehicle and she was so kind, had the vehicle waiting out front and explained everything. I really just enjoyed the whole overall experience and feel that Caliber Collision in Colmar has an excellent team. Thank you so much!
