Butch and staff were great- they saved me a good bit of cash by sourcing a minor part rather than an entire assembly, which is what the local dealer insisted would have to be done. Exactly what I was hoping for but didnât think was do-able.

Edgar is an absolute asset to your company. He was courteous, knowledgeable knowledgeable, and professional. He represented the company very well. I would definitely bring my car back (not that I would want to????) to Caliber Collision if the need ever arises. He really aimed to please the customer. The facility was clean and neat. I was offered bottles of water. And everyone was professionally pleasant. I also appreciate the consistent feedback about their progress and/or setbacks. Job well done!
