Issues with lane keeping and right fender alignment were not addressed. In addition, a new issue presented itself with system problems around the keyless access system. You took it to Honda to address it but didnât bother to check that it was corrected. Drove 40 minutes to pickup the car and another hour trying to figure out the problem only to need to leave the car for these issues to be addressed next week. The car was finished on Monday 8/6 but it appears no one really did a close review. Very disappointed!!!!!

Itâs a great place nice staff and the wait was nothing took you with authority nice area and I would expect anyone to go if you have a car issue go to caliber collision!!

I received competent, professional treatment start to finish. I loved the fact that I was kept informed of the progress of my repair during the time I was without my car. The car rental company, Enterprise, made the job seamless for me. I was never without a car. I would give this company a 10 out if 10 rating. The manager, Ed I think, and Trish, in the office, should be commended for their excellent service. Thank you very much. My car looks terrific, and the inside is spotless as well! Well done!

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the gentleman that checked us out. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything with great detail. The work that was completed far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use this shop again in the future if need be.

I couldnât ask for better customer service or repair results! My car looks brand new outside (and in thanks to the complimentary detail!!) and was ready faster than estimated.
