I typically do not fill these out, but felt it was necessary here. I dealt with Edgar and Trisha (to a lesser extent). They were both unbelievably friendly and accommodating, even with my constant emails and questions. Edgar saw to it that I was updated during every step of the repair and genuinely seemed to care about the repair and my satisfaction. My wifeâs car came back looking brand new, and was even cleaned inside and out, which was another pleasant surprise. I wouldnât hesitate to recommend Caliber in Colmar to friends and family.

Ed was an incredible help. He kept me well informed along the process of the repairs being done to my car. As well he made me aware right away when additional issues were discovered. Overall he made my experience with caliber collision a very pleasant one dealing with a very unpleasant situation.
