I received email updates often and phone calls letting me know what was going on with the repairs. The only thing was towards the end, my vehicle was kept a day or two longer due to a machine break down which was needed to complete my car repairs.

I asked for alignment to be checked in addition to repairing the visual damages. Caliber checked the alignment, but it did require three attempts to have it done. The car was ready and repaired a day earlier than promise date.
