I love my experience from the beginning. It was explained that my car was ashes to make sure all damages had been reported. There was an update of the progress of the repairs. After the car was completed it was cleaned. It looked almost like a brand new car. The customer service was excellent even when I may have been a little questionable at times. Thank you for you service. Denise was so calm with working with me answering all my questions and reassuring me when I felt unsure at times.

This experience was amazing. Mike & Anthony at the Colmar location kept me alert and aware of the progress of my vehicle repairs from the time the car was towed to the facility to today when it was completed. I have gotten multiple compliments today already that the car looks "brand new" ! Mike even assisted me with all my questions relating to the insurance claim process as I haven't had an accident in 12 years so I was very novice in the process. I will be sure to recommend your services to friends & families should they require body work. 10 out of 10!
