Oh, my goodness, I loved doing business with Caliber Collision on Murray in Colorado Springs. Becky is knowledgeable, helpful and pretty! Nick Caldwell, the service advisor, came out to take a look and popped on bumper in place before my eyes. He explained what happened with the other bumper and ordered the part. He assured me that it could all be fixed on the next workday. Early that morning, I noticed a happy and easygoing atmosphere as different people came out of the shop to the reception area for a cup of coffee. They fixed it in less than half an hour, and I was on my way. —It’ll be a lot easier to explain things to my honey because it’s fixed before I confess! :-)

They finished the repair on my truck super fast, I had no issues whatsoever. Turned out looking better than what my vehicle did before the accident! Very pleased. I’d like to give a huge appreciation to Nick C. as well, he was great to talk to and easy going. First time doing this process and he made it a breeze!
