My car came back with white paint flecks along the drivers side of the car. I brought it back to have that cleaned up, & they missed a few of the original white flecks & my car left with more white flecks. My headliner has marks & dirty fingerprints on it that were not there prior to the headliner being removed. I’m missing the two clips that go in my headliner towards the back of the car. Last but not least, the passenger side of my car is a different color than the undamaged panels of my car. Some spots are blended well but others are blatantly 3-4 shades off. When I picked up the car it was presented to me that some parts of the car were a different color, & I feel that should’ve been fixed before telling me the car was ready because I still had a rental at that point in time. Now I’m being told for it to be fixed I have to leave it for a business week, & I can’t afford to be without my car for a week, nor should I have to pay for a rental when my car was released from your facility knowing that the paint did not match. I’ve had a few paint shops inspect the car, & while I do understand that this is a hard color to match I also understand that it’s multiple shades off & I shouldn’t have just been told “we had to paint it twice & this is as close as we can get it” because if you guys can’t get it closer then the car should be subletted to a paint shop that can get a closer match. I was also told by the advisor it’s because my paint is faded from the sun & the other 3 shops I went to all agreed that my paint is not sun faded, the paint that was applied is just the wrong color.
