Abby was professional and efficient, right from the start. She explained everything she did, before she did it and patiently ensured I understood what would be involved in the process. She managed my expectations about how long my repair would take. When it took twice as long, Abby kept me updated with the details regularly. I was also grateful for a ride to work that first day, and the car rental reference that made the rental drop off and walk across the road to pick up my car, a breeze. I will refer all my contacts to get their car repaired by Caliber and tell the to request to work with Abby! Give that woman a raise!
