Abby was very friendly. However the final charge was three times more than the estimate. The ribbing on my my front drivers seat cover was out 6-8 inches. There should have been no reason for that. Other car had more paint damage which was buffed out, ready in 24 hrs and cost less than 2/3 of what I was charged.
