I knew Caliber does great work, so I was very happy that I was sent there. The customer service was top notch! The lady that received me and my service advisor were great! Hopefully not, but if I ever need anything in the future, you will be my first choice.

I also wanted to have some minor scratches repaired that were unrelated to the accident damage. I mentioned this when I first dropped off the vehicle, and the estimator even marked the areas that needed repair. However, I was never provided with an estimate for that work. In addition, the repair process took much longer than expected because of Caliber Collision’s mistake in matching the paint color. As a result, the repair schedule was significantly delayed. After waiting 4 to 5 weeks, I was notified that the vehicle was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, I found that the car had not even been properly washed. I chose this location because it was conveniently located between my home and workplace, and I trusted the Caliber Collision brand. Unfortunately, the entire experience was an enormous disappointment. I do not want to return to this location, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Customer service was excellent. Josh kept me informed about the status of my car repair and I was able to view my car damages with pictures he produced in a slide presentation. The receptionist at the desk was also very friendly and answered any questions I had.
