Hello, We just returned home from vacation and noticed an issue with our Volvo, which was recently at your shop for over a week for repairs. There appears to be a wire or piece hanging down from the rear bumper, and all of the screws that secure the black underbody panel to the rear bumper are missing. This was not like this before the repair, and I’m concerned it could become a safety issue if it’s driven. I need someone to arrange to pick up the vehicle tomorrow and have this repaired as soon as possible. My daughter will be using the car to get to work every day this week, so I need this resolved immediately. Please contact me as soon as possible to confirm pickup and repair arrangements.
