Upon arriving to pick up my vehicle, I saw that there was still damage to the drivers side door. In addition, the rock chipping I had requested be repaired had not been done. I was told to leave the car and Caliber would repair it. When I arrived a second time, the door damage was repaired but the rock chipping work had still not been completed. I would add however, that the gentleman that worked with me on my last pick-up was great. He immediately took the time to repair the rock chipping while I was there in order to keep me from having to return again.

I was very pleased with the friendliness of your company. I was in a bad situation with my vehicle accident while traveling out of state.
