your company does not have any respect for the customers valuable time.

your team cut them self short in their estimates for the insurance companies. the repair in my vehicle was not completed to my satisfaction, I am in stand by until you guys justified to the insurance an additional part the is not fitting properly on my vehicle. I am extremely disappointed of your shop and I wish I can go back in time and make a better choice for the repairs in my vehicle.

I have problems for a week to reach the shop or for them to contact me. I end up calling multiple times to the 1866 number so they can help me to get in touch with the local shop

I was very impressed with customer service and they physical repair of my car. However. I was very disappointed with the lack of action in responding to engine warning lifts coming on at Caliber and at the dealer and not having these addressed.
