I was called from my insurance company to inform me that my car was ready for pick up. Not from the collision repair center. When I arrived they thought I had a $1000 deductible but they'd been told twice that it was only $200. The rear hatch would not open. They corrected this by finding a bent pin on a connector. I noticed after I left there was no emblem indicating a hybrid vehicle.
