The manager was very helpful and I was pleased that he took the time to go and look at my car at McDaniels Volkswagon shop. My car needed a motor mount, and when they tried to put it on, it wouldn't attach because the frame of the car was bent. The car was only wrecked one time, and it HAD to have happened then. It was repaired at Summit Collision, which is now Caliber, and when I called, your manager advised me to call my insurance company. Your manager talked to the insurance company, and an insurance adjuster went out and looked at the frame and motor mount. The end result was they reopened the insurance claim (after five years!) and repaired the car without charging me at all. I'm grateful to your manager for advising me to call the insurance company. So far, my car seems to be running just fine!
