The entire experience with Caliber Collision was great from start to finish. The scheduling of repairs and car drop off were handled attentively and expeditiously by the Caliber Collision team. I received regular updates on the repair process and when repairs were completed, the Caliber Collision team provided multiple communications to ensure I knew my car was ready. Pick-up was as easy and pleasant as drop-off. The team made sure I was satisfied with the repairs and even coordinated the return of my rental.
