I hate to give a bad rating because I think most of it probably stemmed from the insurance company itself but I didn’t have a very good experience. The staff that we spoke with were nice though.

Work was not complete when picked up. A piece of molding was removed for paint, and replace without being repainted, PLUS the fender which had abrasions and paint scuffs from the deer impact was NEVER addressed. After nearly 3 weeks at Caliber, everything should habe been done. Now I am without my vehicle even.longer because the shop adjuster who handled this was off today so it will be at least a week before this is addressed and fixed properly. I should be financially compensated for this inconvenience!!!!!!
