The side of my car that was being covered by my insurance was done beautifully. The side that had these scratches was not done at all. I asked for both sides to be repaired and only the side that the insurance covered was repaired. Very unhappy with this but they did do a great job on the side that was repaired

Front desk person very nice and helpful. I don’t get though how I scheduled the first available appointment and they had to send my car to Columbia Tn cause they were too busy, and how the parts are still not ordered even w an appt on the books? My car was there for a week before they even had the parts and then when Columbia sent my car back to Franklin I called because I was never notified when it was there and completed and they told me it wasn’t there Friday and then I called two days later and Columbia Tennessee told me that they had sent the car there on Friday and when I called on Tuesday they took a bit to even find out if my car was there or not so i’m sure it was a lack of communication but it would be more beneficial for them to have contacted me to tell me my car was done rather than me having to track down my car myself. I’ve had my car fixed there as well as my husbands in the past and had nothing but good things. I understand there’s likely a labor shortage and staff shortage. My car was pretty clean when I got it back but the back was not detailed and the last time I had my car serviced it was fully detailed and looked amazing so I guess I’m a little disappointed in the lack of quality. I will say that the outside of my vehicle looks pristine and shiny and very very nice

Excellent job on the repairs and it was done quickly. The customer service was better than most repair shops!
