Overall experience was great. Once everything got lined up with insurance and scheduling, the level of communication was fantastic, it got done faster than projected, and the hull of the car was like new. However, when I took closer look inside the car as I drove it back home, I noticed that my passenger seat and backseat were filthy and covered in dirt and dust, enough to wipe of with my bare hand and see a significant difference. The floor of the driver side was additionally dirty, even if the paper mat provided caught a lot of dirt as well. Granted, the car interior was no where close to perfectly clean when I dropped it off, but it was returned to me with a significantly dirtier interior than before.

Caliber Collision did an amazing job repairing my 2022 Nissan Altima. I was rear ended after having my car 3 weeks, Caliber Collision promised me when I dropped it off that it would look brand new when I picked it up, well I picked it up 9 days after dropping it off and he kept his promise, it looked brand new and to make things even better, they cleaned my car inside and out. I would give Caliber Collision of Columbia, TN a 10 out of 10. Thank you for making my car good as new!!

everything is perfect except for my front splitter and them not being able to “find one similar”. they did state if i fine one they’ll put it on but other than that it was great.
