I am extremely pleased with my experience with Caliber collision in Columbus. I was kept informed of the progress being made almost daily, and several times, the manager, Zack(?) personally called me. The quality of care and attention given to my auto was far above what the dealership has ever attempted. The staff was extremely nice, and welcoming. The personal attention/courtesy shown to me was beyond compare. You won't be sorry if you take your car to Caliber Collision. Save yourself yhe frustration of taking your car to the local dealership.

7 the customer service was great but this is the 2nd time we have had to bring the car back before we cud drive it. First the AC was not blowing hot air now I was on the way home from the shop and was stopped by the stopped by police, to be told, none of my rear my rear lights are working , no stop lights or turn signals or stop lights on a Friday night. So. I turned around and brought the car back to the lot and left it there until Monday, dropping the key in the lock box.
