I was disappointed about my car being hit but then I took it to Caliber Collision the moment I walked in I felt like this where my car belong the staff was sweet and so nice, they also text to keep you updated with your car , and it was ready the day before pickup. When I did pick it up it was like brand new and they also detailed your car before pickup. Imagine dropping your car off damage and when you pick it up it’s recovered and clean best feeling ever.

The Caliber staff was friendly and accommodating. They explained everything along the way and moved as quickly as they could to get my car back to me. I had a great experience. They picked me up from the rental car place and took me there to pick up my rental. That to me is above and beyond because I needed that help. It was a quick and smooth drop off and pick up as well when my car was ready.

Caliber Collision did an amazing job taking care of me. Destiny, Zach, and Tim were all incredibly professional, great communicators, and true problem solvers when it came to working through the insurance side of things. They were patient, thorough, and made the whole process way less stressful than I expected. And honestly, bonus points for the popcorn every time I stopped by… that alone made me not mind coming in 😄 Highly recommend this team if you want people who actually care and know what they’re doing.

Everyone I worked with was great. They went above and beyond with the repair and had it back earlier than expected by almost a week. Also got it to me before the weekend on a Friday with zero time to spare! Would definitely go back with more business.
