What an experience! From my initial consult with Kurt to my intake and continued work with Adam, it was professional and above and beyond service. Kurt checked over my vehicle to make sure it was safe to drive until my appt. Adam was informative and friendly both on the phone and in person. He even offered to check if he had a spare part at home because it was taking longer than expected to come in. Plus, I had taken two carseats out to transfer to the rental and upon pickup of my finished vehicle I was anticipating having to clean up the crumb mess before reinstalling the carseats, but it had already been cleaned up! From a single parent, THANK YOU! Totally impressed beginning to end.
