My car was rear ended and all the work was done to the rear. My car was dirty when I dropped it off. When I picked up it was clean and I noticed two small chips of paint on my front hood. It would have been nice, since you had the paint, to quickly touch them up or ask if I wanted you to touch up anything you found. To me that would be going the extra mile versus just staying in your lane.

Mike was awesome. He kept me in the loop during the whole process and ended up being able to make up some delays in getting parts. As a bonus, my car was sparkly clean inside and out. Hopefully I don’t get in another accident but if I do I will go here. And I’ll definitely recommend to anyone!
