The process was great except for one error - failure to order the part needed. I had to finally call to find out what was taking so long. Why did I have to call? Why did one person tell me part was ordered but had not been ? Only took a day once ordered, but entire process due to errors took 2 weeks. Try driving without mirror for two weeks.

Responsiveness during the process was good. But now there is an issue where my wiper fluid sprayers don't work. And because the vehicle was moved between shops. The original shop can't tell me what happened and wants me to bring it back in. I am dissatisfied with this lack of record sharing.

The repair took longer than expected, but Caliber Collision kept us in the loop, and also supplied a loner car for the last weekend, which was very nice. Office staff was very helpfull.
