Most of the repair looks excellent, but attention to detail in a few things is off. Also things were forgotten to be hooked up and I need to take my car back in again.

Caliber collision was great. They took care of my rental car for me, they got everything lined up and it was done very quickly. They kept in constant contact with me so I knew where my jeep was and its progression. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I was satisfied with the repairs .but I hand you a clean truck a it was handed back not so clean I detailed my truck and there was dirt in the back seat hope you don’t do this to every customer you won’t stay in business that long this vehicle is a personal affect they want it treated better weather you know it or not these a luxuries in life I work just as hard I life as the workers in your company and I was. Professional at many things I did in life and don’t feel like you did your best . That’s why you should convey the message being a work is not just a job it’s being a professional at what you do and treat it like you want to be treated that’s a start of better way to work.

Looks great.only issue after both driver side doors were replaced. The silver button on the handle no longer unlocks or locks the doors. The passenger side still works. It’s just the side that was repaired
