Receptionist had a positive attitude and a fun personality. Mike did a great job of explaining the damage and there could be more internally, which proved to be true. He was a super communicator letting me know findings and updates. I felt they had pushed the completion date out farther than they predicted, but then they called with an earlier date. That made me happy. I would certainly recommend them.
