The staff at the front were great and super accommodating to allow me to pick up my car right at closing time. Also, were great with taking my rental and returning it with Enterprise! They were very kind and helpful!

My car looks brand new again and I’m happy that they cleaned inside my car as well. I have brought my car RAV4 twice and my HRV once the only thing I wish that Caliber should have offered me some kind an incentive with my Rental Car!!!

The manager Jon was very nice, and they did make things right eventually. It took a total of 5 weeks- which involved 3 different drop offs for my repair to be completed. Which I think is unreasonable, The biggest thing was an employee was calling in sick for many days, so my repair was delayed. …? Don’t they have other employees? They needed to redo a paint job because something got chipped with re- install. Then I got vehicle back and the indicator lights hadn’t been fixed and headlights didn’t work, and they had to order more parts, THEN with install they broke grill cover clips and needed to re- order parts again. It was a nightmare.
