I need to take my truck back to have them finish or buff out a small scratch on my Fender. They did offer to do it but I could not wait.

My car not ready when promised. Due for pick up on 11-17 wasn't ready until 11-18. I was told before pick up on 17th it was on its way to detail (mid morning). Next I was told it would be the 18th and should be able to pick up that morning. I called close to noon to see where they were on completion. I was told it was on its way to the alingment shop and should be ready at 2:30 pm. After arrival, car wasnt washed until after they did a number of adjustments on the hood because hood release needed adjustment, hood needed aligned. They did a number of adjustments by bending the hood on a rubber mallot to level it with the fender Driver front of hood touches right headlight. Pulls to the left. Sterring wheel off centered, clear on hood is noticeable, car drove better wrecked before dropping of for repair.

The receptionists were great. I understand they can only relay the information given to them as to when the it would be ready. A bit disappointed on of what I was told of the status which was not so. Very Friendly and helpfu as well as the regional manager Jamie Humphries.
