Travis was awesome. He provided exceptional customer service, and always kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process. I even received my car earlier than the original expected pick up date. The front receptionist was also very nice and sweet as I got checked in, provided payment and called the rental company to come pick me up. Overall the experience was 10 out of 10 .

The visual impacted area of my vehicle was repaired. However the mechanical issues that was supposed to be fixed left myself and my family in danger once we drove the vehicle over 65 miles with an issue that could have caused us our life. The car started making the same noise that I returned the vehicle for just minutes after picking it up on July 21. You all then stated that you had it fixed and return my vehicle to me in the same deadly condition. I took it to a certified Lexus mechanic which informed me that the inner tire rod was loose and had not been repaired properly. He warned us not to drive the vehicle and that it was dangerous even at low speed. I contacted caliber while we were with the mechanic to no avail. It is 10:30 pm and I am still waiting on a return call from Caliber Collision after contacting them around 2:30pm on 7/23.
