I appreciated the daily follow up text messages with the process of getting my vehicle prepared, it was a pleasant experience given the circumstances. The staff took the time to explain the process and actually I got my vehicle back earlier than I thought.

The team at Caliber was very nice from the office staff to the guys behind the scenes. I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first because no one gave me status on my vehicle repairs, after a call to the office the gentleman that was supposed to follow up no longer worked with the company. Bobby, Misty, and Jennifer were a joy! Bobby walked me through every step and went above my expectations. My car looks brand new. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs repairs done due to an accident. They also gave an onsite insurance agent onsite too! Great job, clean office, and great customer experience!😊
