Michael & his team were very clear & through in explaining what they could do for me. They gave me a Tuesday promise date, & texted the progress as it happened. Thankfully Michael & Caliber Team were able to get it back to me before the weekend! He called on Friday and said we could pickup the car! Very happy with Covington Caliber Collision.
