The car repair experience was amazing Michael should be commended for his high level of customer service. He explained everything from start to finish and the communication that i could expect along the way . He DELIVERED!!! i was very pleased and would highly recommend him. Wgere improvement is needed is at the Reception desk. First impressions are lasting. My first visit no one was there and i had to ask for help. Michael helped me. When i returned to pick up my car, there was a woman at a station who saw me standing there who did ABSOLUTELY nothing. I went back outside as i’d seen Michael inspecting a car. Came back in and stood there, One man walked in grabbed something from behind the counter, Maybe he wasn’t an employee but said NOTHING. I finally called out “ is anyone going to help me. the lady working at another station that saw me earlier rolled her chair away from her station, still didn’t get up. Michael came out and assisted me while someone in a back office yelled out did she prop the door open? whatever that meant. That part of my experience was UNACCEPTABLE. and gave me pause about referrals to you because it’s about a customers overall experience. i want to be sure that Michael receives an Excellent 10 for his service. the actual office staff, i was made to feel like i was a bother at the first visit and like i was invisible when i came to pick up my car. Caliber collision is a body shop that went above all standards. Kept me very notified with my car repairs the entire way. Staff is friendly and have patience when answering all your questions and concerns. I highly recommend this body shop as well as will return in the future for any repairs needed!! Thank you!
