Thanks to Michael for keeping me in the loop and being friendly and thanks to the front desk lady (I forgot her name) for walking me thru my first collision repair process. Even tho I wasn’t there on the best of circumstances, they were both super nice and helpful and made an otherwise stressful situation easy to navigate.

I would've given 10 if they matched my color little better! I think they could've done little better with paint matching and clear bra they installed. My original 3M xpel paint protection film was so clean on the edges but this one you can see the edges not being cut cleanly. This film might be different then my original 3m Xpel film and may be that is the reason why I feel like my paint doesn't match perfectly. When I walk by our vehicle, I notice the color being off--too dark. I mean our vehicle was under 5 months old and had under 4k miles so you can't say original paint was faded!
