I was delighted that I was able to bring my car in within a few days of calling Caliber. I received excellent customer service from the start. Blue was very helpful & when she was not available on of the shop team answered the phone with an "I'm glad you're calling" persona! Promises were not only kept, but were completed ahead of schedule! I requested assistance with an item which was outside the scope of work authorized by the insurance company. The request was taken on without question. It was billed & paid separately from my deductible. It was great to finally get this item repaired without an additional visit. When I picked up the car, it was spotless inside & out and smelled fresh! Outstanding in every way! Thanks to Sean and the entire Caliber Team!

There was not a single negative. I had forgotten my garage door opener when dropping of the vehicle. When I called about picking it up, they were quick to retrieve it and bring it to the front desk so I could easily swing by and pick it up! Above & beyond!

You did an amazing job repairing all of the body damage on our Lexus. You also went above and beyond, I’ve never seen the wheels as clean as they are now. The car was washed and vacuumed and the paint job was perfect. The price was far more reasonable than we anticipated as well. Thank you again for the excellent service and the excellent work you did! Michael was great and communicated well during the process.
